Since 1987 I have been managing real estate, first independently and since 1997 at Uni-Invest, as commercial manager in the southern region. Even then Uni-Invest already offered the advantages of a large-scale operation without its top-heavy organizational structure with which such an operation is often associated.

This allows Uni-Invest’s co-workers to react swiftly and adapt to the situations accordingly, by which the interests of the tenants are served. Since January 2005, as asset manager I’m responsible for the southern region and since July 2005 also for the northeastern region. 

Together with my colleagues (seven by now) I stand for an optimum management of Uni-Invest’s real estate in this region. In order to adequately respond to rental possibilities as well as to be able to provide our tenants a good service, we operate from our branch offices in Eindhoven, Apeldoorn and Hoogeveen.
