One of our tasks is to optimize the real estate portfolio. This challenging portfolio contains one third of Uni-Invest’s total portfolio and consists of offices, business space and shops. For our team in Rotterdam this corresponds to a portfolio of over ninety objects. These are located among other places in Leiden, Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Delft, Gouda, Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel and the Drechtsteden.
