History

Uni-Invest was founded as an investment fund in 1924 and was listed on Eurolist by Euronext and its predecessors until 2003. In late 2002, a consortium of private equity investors acquired the majority of our shares. In connection with this acquisition we converted to a private company, de-listed from Eurolist by Euronext early in 2003 and was renamed Uni-Invest Holding B.V.
