Uni-Invest is a Dutch real estate investment fund that was listed on Euronext Amsterdam from its founding in 1924 until 2003. In 2002, Uni-Invest was acquired by a consortium led by Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Uni-Invest operatess through regional teams and focuses on renting out affordable offices and industrial space throughout the Netherlands. Its portfolio has a size of about 250 objects valued at €1,3 billion and consists of offices and business space.

Because Uni-Invest manages the buildings itself, the company is able to quickly and accurately attend to all sorts of housing issues of its tenants. Uni-Invest does more than solely renting out. Uni-Invest jointly purchases services in order to keep the costs for the tenants down (energy costs, for example).
